Sorry I am a little behind.

New pictures but not recent. These were take the week of the 8th. The carpet has since been laid and countertops are installed. Much of the house is complete as we are closing on the 22nd. Don't let the weather scare you cause it won't stop the Behr!!! New picks will be uploaded ASAP!!!

Not far from final walk through!

Here are some updated photo's. Carpet will be going in here real soon and the flooring will be done. Then it is simple punch list things and clean up!!! On our way!

Moving Right Along!

So the trim is done. The cabinets will be gong in very soon and the painters will follow shortley after. The carpet has been set up to go in on the 12th so we will be getting this puppy rolling to the end. December is here the the crunch is on. We are excited to see this ones final product. The home looks fantastic!!!

Drywalled Textured and ready for Trim.

This home has a great layout!!! The drywall really sets off the design and comfort in the house. Trim will be done this week and it should be ready for paint mid to late next week. The only hang up is mid american energy is taking way too long to get the gas to the house hooked up. No worries cause the Behr is taking steps to keep moving. Propane heat. Enjoy the photos.

Lots of rain but workers still made a lot of progress on the siding. I was there most of the day and they worked right through it!

Moving Along Despite the Rain!

The Rain has put a little slow down into the schedule but we have been moving right along and things are looking great. Electrictians, Plumbers and HVAC guys have got their rough ins all in and we passed teh city inspection! Time to put up the sheet rock!
