Taking Shape!

The house is being built! The frame is mostly done. Looks great and man the framer Vitzum Const. did a clean job! WOW! Seriously though, that garage is insanely huge. Check out the photo's.

The Building with wood has begun!

The frame of this home will go up rather quickly. The floor has been set and the garage has been started. Yes that monster of a garage! Once the frame is up then windows will be cut out and The TyVac paper will be place around the house. This all should take about 1-2 weeks. Once the frame is up then the plumbers and electricians take over. Enjoy the photo's

Rain Rain Go Away!

Lots of rain lately which is slowing things down a little. Don't worry we are still OK for time! I will get pictures when it drys out a little. See you soon. Again, The Behr is still on track!

Faming begins Tomrrow (Tuesday)!

The framing will go up fast so don't blink. I would assume by the end of next week we will have walls and a roof! Sweet! Still on schedule for Mid Decemeber!!

Plumbing is roughed in!

Plumbing is roughed in with a bath in the back and an area for Laundry. The Flat work will hopefully be done this week! Then the framing will be up and running. Flat work is the basement floor and the garage floor. Things are on schedule.

Plumbers are setting up.

The plumbers are all ready. The rain slowed up things up but not enough to matter. The plumbing should be in by Friday and next week the flat work will be done and the walls will go up in a hurry.

Basement walls are in!

Her we go. Let the race begin. The walls are in and they are waterproofing the basement. Ironic that they are doing it in the rain! I took a couple pictures and then all of a sudden a head poped up from between the dirt and the foundation. Kinda funny really. They work rain or shine. Enjoy the pictures.

Footings are being poured today!

The pictures are of the frames for teh footings. The concrete will be poured today and then they will begin the basement walls shortly after that. Enjoy!
